REFUND POLICY
At Take Away Kart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure every order reaches you fresh, accurate, and on time. However, in rare cases where issues arise, our refund policy applies as follows:
- Order Cancellation by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them for a full refund.
- Once food preparation has started, cancellations are not permitted.
- Restaurant or Delivery Partner Issues
- If your order cannot be prepared or delivered due to a restaurant or delivery issue, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Incorrect or Missing Items
- If you receive an incorrect order or missing item, please contact support within 24 hours of delivery with order details and proof (photo or video).
- After verification, refunds or re-deliveries will be initiated based on the situation.
- Payment Failures
- In case of payment deduction without order confirmation, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 7 business days.
We reserve the right to refuse refund claims if false or incomplete information is provided.
