- Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing them.
- Refunds will follow our official Refund Policy guidelines.
- Partner Kitchens
- Take Away Kart operates as an online aggregator connecting customers with registered cloud kitchens.
- Each kitchen is responsible for maintaining food quality, hygiene, and timely preparation.
- Liability
- Take Away Kart shall not be liable for delays, service interruptions, or food quality issues caused by third-party kitchens or delivery partners.
- Changes to Terms
